Energizing sixty-minute workout for all ages! Join us for fun, free fitness on the Atlanta BeltLine! Led by Young at Heart Fitness, aerobics classes are designed for all ages and fitness levels. If it’s your first class or your 50th – you’re sure to have fun while getting fit! Led by: 10-AGAIN
Each workout differs, but utilizes the space around them. A combination of running, body weight moves and plyometrics will keep the heart rate high. The workouts are creative and fun, and approachable to all fitness levels regardless of ability level or age. All you have to do is #justshowup.
