Timeline

  • ABI will present market and land use findings at a public meeting in October 2022. ABI will seek feedback and guidance from community members in order to evaluate and determine next steps. Meeting details can be found at beltline.org/meetings.
  • Towards the end of 2022, ABI plans to publish a Request for Proposals to develop 579 Garson Drive in support of affordability goals.
  • On October 25, ABI will host a virtual workshop for potential developers to learn more about the site and ABI’s priorities to be outlined in the RFP.

  • Current zoning is SPI-15 SA4 and C-2-C. In order to build multifamily property, parcels will need to be consolidated and one parcel will need to be rezoned
