|BeltLine Business Solutions Outreach Coordinator|| |
BeltLine Business Solutions Office is a newly created Office within Atlanta BeltLine Inc.’s (ABI) Economic Development Department partially funded by U.S. Economic Development Agency (EDA). This Office is designed to i) coordinate with other local business service organizations to provide seamless assistance to BeltLine businesses and ii) deliver tailored solutions to local small businesses seeking to expand across the 22-mile BeltLine corridor. The Office will prioritize services to local small businesses owned by women and minorities.
The Business Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing direct business engagement within the BeltLine Planning Area for the BeltLine Business Solutions Office.
|Contract Administrator|| |
Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is seeking a Contract Administrator who will perform a variety of duties supporting all departments within the organization. This position will be responsible for the administration of contracts from a variety of sources to include but not limited to federal, state and grant funding. The Contract Administrator will also be responsible for enforcing ABI’s procurement policies and procedures as well as state and federal laws for all contracts.
|Senior Project Manager|| |
Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is seeking a design and construction Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring implementation of specific Atlanta BeltLine projects. Reporting to the Vice President of Design and Construction, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the design and construction of projects that include multi-use trails, streetscape, parks, and other public spaces.
Successful candidates will have experience managing the design and construction phases of projects on behalf of an owner, preferably with a project portfolio that includes civil infrastructure and public open space projects located within an urban environment. In addition, successful candidates will demonstrate leadership skills, time management and administration skills, as well as a familiarity with the overall goals of the Atlanta BeltLine.
|Director of Operations & Information Technology|| |
The Director Operations & Information Technology position is a highly visible, interfacing position who reports to ABI’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) with the primary role of coordinating and assisting in the daily functions of the Operations and Information Technology (“IT”) departments with emphasis on streamlining business operations and optimizing operational performance. This role will assist with developing processes, procedures, policies, reports and coordinating specific projects to facilitate the agency in maintaining optimum business continuity. Additionally, this role will assist with the responsibilities of Information Technology Projects, Facility, and Safety Management including coordinating IT installations, IT project implementations, all building related services, space management, vendor management, office maintenance, budgeting and budget tracking, safety trainings, and any other duties as assigned.
|Volunteer Manager|| |
The Volunteer Manager is part of the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership’s Program team and is responsible for administering the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership’s volunteer programming. The Volunteer Manager will recruit, train, evaluate, maintain, and recognize volunteers through a program to include individual and group volunteers to support organizational programs and supplement staff resources.

Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist in the operation of the Human Resources department. This position supports the Human Resources Director in all aspects of managing the daily duties including maintaining personnel files, onboarding/offboarding, designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining human resources programs, policies, and procedures. The Human Resources Coordinator will assist in the administrative support of the day-to-day operations.
