Communications and Social Media Manager | The Communications and Social Media Manager is responsible for managing digital communications and social media across a variety of platforms to raise visibility and public awareness locally, regionally, and nationally for the Atlanta BeltLine program, while working across departments and with executive team, external organizations, and government entities. He/she/they manage the social media consultant, email marketing strategy, paid social advertising, and digital communications. The person in this role must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, write clean, compelling copy under deadline and be familiar with the latest trends in social media marketing. Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills, be highly organized and efficient, able to prioritize and multi-task, and will thrive in an environment that is characterized by significant growth, diversity, and change. |
Senior Accounting Manager | The Senior Accounting Manager is responsible for supporting the Director of Finance in overseeing general accounting to ensure accurate and timely transaction workflow and recording. The Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for directly supervising all general accounting functions, developing and maintaining accounting procedures and controls, and managing timely completion of all accounting activities including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, funding requisitions, monthly close, year-end audit requests and budgeting. This role will interact with various levels of employees within the entire organization, as well as those of Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, Invest Atlanta, and The City of Atlanta. The position requires strong time management, self-propelled workflow, full-cycle accounting expertise, high collaboration, innovation, strong professional communications skills, and ability to manage in all directions. |
Senior Operations Manager | The Senior Operations Manager position is a highly visible, interfacing position who reports to ABI’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) with the primary role of coordinating and assisting in the daily functions of the Operations and Information Technology (“IT”) departments with emphasis on streamlining business operations and optimizing operational performance. This role will assist with developing processes, procedures, policies, reports and coordinating specific projects to facilitate the agency in maintaining optimum business continuity. Additionally, this role will assist with the responsibilities of Information Technology Projects, Facility, and Safety Management including coordinating IT installations, IT project implementations, all building related services, space management, vendor management, office maintenance, budgeting and budget tracking, safety trainings, and any other duties as assigned. |
Canvasser | The Canvasser(s) will be responsible for the implementation of a direct outreach marketing program in Atlanta in pre-designated areas. The Canvasser will work in teams to administer questionnaires at each household and distribute resources and information. A team of 20-30 canvassers will be hired to work an anticipated 20 hours a week. |
