Economic Development Project Manager

Atlanta BeltLine, Inc is seeking a dynamic economic development professional to lead a portfolio of services to deliver economic mobility for residents and commercial revitalization in communities around the 22-mile BeltLine loop.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Economic Development, this project manager will operate with a fair amount of creative autonomy to shape and drive community-driven solutions that intersect across workforce development and commercial district support that deliver on ABI’s equitable development objectives for the Atlanta BeltLine project.

BeltLine Business Solutions Project Manager

The Business Solutions Office Project Manager position will lead the service delivery strategy, drive business development, day-to-day operations and be responsible for achieving the goals of the newly created BeltLine Business Solutions. Housed within Atlanta BeltLine Inc.’s (ABI) Economic Development Department and partially funded by U.S. Economic Development Agency (EDA), the Office is designed to i) coordinate with other local business service organizations to provide seamless assistance to BeltLine businesses and ii) deliver tailored solutions to local small businesses seeking to expand across the 22-mile BeltLine corridor. The Office will prioritize services to local small businesses owned by women and minorities.

Communications Coordinator

The Communications Coordinator is an integral support position that will play a critical role in telling the story of every aspect of the Atlanta BeltLine by generating and updating content, managing visual assets, analyzing campaigns, assisting with social media, documenting communications reach, and interfacing with the general public. Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional writing, listening and oral communication skills; experience in social media; experience with WordPress or other web-based blogging platforms; excellent research and analytical skills and the ability to produce content for multiple platforms including print and digital. In addition, successful candidates will display a familiarity with the goals of the Atlanta BeltLine project and Atlanta neighborhoods.

Human Resources Coordinator

Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist in the operation of the Human Resources department.  This position supports the Human Resources Director in all aspects of managing the daily duties including maintaining personnel files, onboarding/offboarding, designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining human resources programs, policies, and procedures. The Human Resources Coordinator will assist in the administrative support of the day-to-day operations.

Senior Paralegal

The Senior Paralegal is an instrumental part of the legal team of ABI, reporting to the Vice President and General Counsel (Board Assistant Secretary).  The Senior Paralegal works with ABI’s General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel on legal matters, real estate matters, governance, and compliance as well as assists other ABI Directors and Project Managers on various matters.

Community Engagement Manager

Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is seeking a Community Engagement Manager who will be responsible for building awareness and engagement among Atlanta residents; communicating with the community about current Atlanta BeltLine issues; ensuring the active and meaningful participation of the community on matters related to the Atlanta BeltLine, and providing substantive information and responses to community concerns, issues, and inquiries to Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. and related partners and organizations.

The Community Engagement Manager will play a critical role in community related activities, including the implementation of the citizen engagement framework for the Atlanta BeltLine. The Community Engagement Manager will become a part of the community engagement team that has the responsibility of guaranteeing robust citizen engagement in the implementation of the Atlanta BeltLine and will promote the Vision, Mission and Core Values of ABI while fostering a collegial work environment.

Vice President of Communications and Media Relations

The Atlanta BeltLine has a robust, content-centric, multi-channel communications strategy and plan in place that is managed in seamless collaboration with the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, the non-profit that raises private sector capital to support the development of the Atlanta BeltLine – and works with ABI to raise the project’s visibility and to address issues such as affordable housing, equity and inclusion, and economic development. Strategic management of this communications strategy includes managing media relations, direct digital communications, brand management, print publications, social media and online presence; issues and crisis management including communication with media, neighborhood organizations, businesses, faith-based organizations, and key stakeholders. The Vice President of Communications and Media Relations also works in concert with the Vice Presidents of Community Planning and Engagement and Government Affairs and other key staff to effectively manage and execute ABI’s communications strategy, media relations and brand management. The VP will promote the Vision, Mission and Core Values of ABI while fostering a collegial work environment.
