Audrey Cash

Deaundra Audrey Cash is changing how we think of hip-hop culture and spirituality. She is the founder of Level3 Yoga, a yoga studio that promotes physical, spiritual, and emotional healing while combating the stigmas around mental health within BIPOC communities. Audrey is a yoga instructor, meditation guide, health and wellness speaker, mental health activist, and sound healer, leading sound baths throughout the metro Atlanta area. In addition to teaching at Level3, Audrey has led international retreats and continues to provide yoga, meditation, and wellness services to corporate clients like Spelman College and Microsoft.

Dawn Peck

Dawn Peck has been a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Choreographer for 11 years. She specializes in Zumba, Zumba toning, Aqua Zumba, hip hop and MixxedFit. While currently a North Atlanta resident, she is from Nashville, Tennessee and grew up living in Connecticut. Her class Dance with Dawn is an outdoor family fun fitness class that serves the community and inspires people to move to the beat of the music while making connections with others. Dawn’s favorite genre to teach is afrobeats and hip hop, and when not instructing fitness classes, she is a Certified Professional Medical Auditor and spends time with her life partner and friends exploring the beautiful city of Atlanta.

Katoya Sumner

KaToya has a big smile and is a big personality Pound Master Trainer. She stays ready to bring the fire and energy, to unite all in movement and rhythm. She’s also always ready to have a good time! KaToya teaches classes all around the city of Atlanta to rockstars of all ages and stages. She enjoys staying active and exploring new activities. She’s a jump rope enthusiast, avid road cyclist, and an energetic POUND ICON. You’ll want to come and soak up all the good times in her engaging Pound classes!

Moses Carroll

Moses Carroll is an entrepreneur, community advocate, and CEO of FitSquad Studios, Inc., located in the historic Pittsburgh community. Originally from Memphis, Tenn., his training sessions reflect his musical roots in country, hip hop, southern rap, and rhythm and blues. With over 25 years of fitness industry experience, Moses is also the creative director of Pole Dance America. He designed an innovative competition format that combines gymnastics and theatrical performances, touring across the United States. Moses is dedicated to promoting wellness and fitness through his various ventures. His work continues to impact individuals and communities nationwide.

Nancy Smith

I’m Nancy Smith, the owner of Bfit Athletic Club. I am a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have over 10 years of experience in training of all ages, fitness levels and groups. Fitness is my passion and helping others live a better life by taking control of their health is my mission. Safia Khan

Safia Khan, hailing from Johannesburg, South Africa, is a devoted yoga and meditation instructor flourishing in Atlanta, Georgia. Her deep grasp of yoga’s potential for transformation, honed through 200-hour and 500-hour certifications. Focused on unity, Safia guides students towards a practice rooted in oneness, reflecting over a decade of commitment at the YMCA and involvement with the Dharma Project Atlanta, aiding the Refugee Women Network and Carver High School Football team.

Beyond traditional yoga, Safia fosters holistic wellness through innovative experiences. With boundless compassion and dedication, Safia inspires and aids others on their journey to peace, healing, and personal growth through yoga.

Kurt Gillion

Kurt Gillion is the dynamic instructor behind Silver Fit and Walk It Out. Silver Fit focuses on improving lower body function with 30 minutes of flexibility, low-impact aerobics, and strength training, followed by 30 minutes of health education and group discussions on topics like fall prevention and mindfulness.

Participants create personalized action plans to maintain physical activity after class. Silver Fit is known for being effective, engaging, and fun. Walk It Out is an outdoor class held on the Beltline from June to August. It combines walking with resistance bands, dumbbells, and interval moves for a comprehensive workout. Kurt’s classes are designed to promote physical health and well-being in a supportive and enjoyable environment.

 

Lisa Louiie

Originally from St. Louis, MO, I have been an Atlanta resident for 8 years. I played volleyball in high school and became a certified personal trainer and certified group fitness instructor two years ago. The COVID-19 pandemic inspired my passion to share my experience and methods for staying healthy through physical movement and nutrition.

I am a GFI with Burn Boot Camp and a personal trainer for Lifetime Fitness, specializing in CrossFit by mixing strength training and HIIT-style cardio. I believe releasing hormones through physical activity helps strengthen mental, physical, and spiritual health for everyone. The Lisa Louiie Fitwear brand launched in the summer of 2020. The brand represents a holistic healthy lifestyle and the never-ending process of elevating in all aspects of life.
