Atlanta BeltLine Tours

Hop on the Atlanta BeltLine Tour

The Atlanta BeltLine is not just some whimsical concept that only exists in the minds of planners and the myriad tabs of this website. The Atlanta BeltLine is happening right now. It is already a living, breathing part of the fabric of Atlanta, and it is impossible to appreciate its importance to our community without experiencing it first-hand. The best way to be “in the know” is to take a tour!

The Atlanta BeltLine Partnership offers free, narrated bus tours of the Atlanta BeltLine on Friday and Saturday mornings at 9:30 a.m. Take a ride while you learn about the Atlanta BeltLine concept, its history, and updates on project planning, implementation and development. Witness first-hand the transformative effect the Atlanta BeltLine is having on the surrounding neighborhoods. There simply is no better way to learn about all that the Atlanta BeltLine has to offer this city.

The More, The Merrier!

The Atlanta BeltLine Partnership welcomes small group participation on our Friday and Saturday tours. We can accommodate groups up to 15 participants through the reservation system for regularly scheduled Friday and Saturday tour dates.

For larger groups, please call 404-446-4400 or email tours@atlbeltLinepartnership.org to discuss the details. Please provide information about your organization, the number of participants in your group, and when you hope to conduct your tour. The Atlanta BeltLine Partnership is able to provide free tours for groups on a very limited basis. If we are unable to offer you a free tour, your group can choose to pay for the cost of the tour if we have a guide available for your timeframe.

Frequently Asked Questions

All the reservations are full. Is there a wait list?

No, we are not able to keep a wait list, and we realize our tours fill up fast. However, we do receive cancellations, and we do release these seats as soon as they are available. You can check for available seats on the tour registration web site. We also post notifications of available seats on our Facebook page.

Do you accept walk-ups on the morning of the tour?

You are welcome to arrive early on the morning of a tour and try to walk on. If people who made a reservation do not arrive by 9:25 a.m., we will give these seats away on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are still not able to get a seat, we encourage you to check back beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 15th of each month to make a reservation for the following month.
