Community Conversations: Atlanta BeltLine’s Plans for Chappell Road

Are you curious about the redevelopment plans for 425 Chappell Road and the adjacent public land? The Atlanta BeltLine will host three pop-ups in the community to talk with residents about the project and answer questions. Join us for the first pop up on August 19 at Maddox Park from 2PM-5PM, featuring King of Pops and a popsicle giveaway for the first 100 neighbors.

Located near Bankhead MARTA station and surrounded by vibrant neighborhoods, 425 Chappell Road is an almost 31-acre property acquired by the BeltLine as part of a strategy to increase on affordability, economic growth, job creation, and regional connectivity.  This development offers great potential for regional transit and trail connections.

Don’t miss out on engaging with BeltLine staff and learning about our plans at the upcoming pop-ups:

– August 19th @ Maddox Park, 2PM – 5PM

– August 26th @ Mozely Park Garden Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, 6PM – 9PM

– September 9th @ Grove Park, 2PM – 5PM

We value your input, so come be part of shaping the future of Chappell Road and its impact on the community. Together, we can create an affordable and inclusive Atlanta.
