A Small Business Incubator Doing Big Things

The Atlanta Beltline Marketplace program is a unique small business incubator that offers affordable commercial spaces directly on the Atlanta Beltline to participating local businesses. 

Program Duration

The announcement for the 2024-2025 cycle of business participants and opening for the Atlanta Beltline Marketplace will be made in August 2024. Applications for the current cycle are now closed. Stay tuned for the next cycle in 2025.

Eligibility

To qualify for Atlanta Beltline Marketplace, businesses must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in operation for at least one (1) year

  • Have an annual revenue of at least $50,000

  • Have capacity to staff a Beltline Marketplace location for a minimum of five hours per day, seven (7) days a week

The current cycle's application period is closed.

Cococakes by Coco

Kina Morgan, a Beltline Marketplace alumna, invites everyone to try her custom cake slices and “build a chunk” concept. In business for six years, her shop at 4404 Hugh Howell Rd., Tucker, GA, offers whole cakes and drinks, with online ordering available.

Good As Burgers

Cornoy Watkins, CEO of Good As Burgers, aims to make vegan dining mainstream with a cook-to-order model. Located at 670 Terry Street, Atlanta, GA, GAB’S offers plant-based burgers, sliders, and more. Cornoy attributes success to his team and partners, and encourages all to “Be Better, EAT GAB’S.

Grady Baby Company & Apparel

Online apparel company founder Alexander Albritton says Grady Babies have changed the world, secured civil rights for all and achieved educational success. (“Grady baby” is a term for people born at Atlanta’s Grady Hospital.). The brand, known for its “We Full – Atlanta” tee, sells various apparel and aims to go national.

Life Bistro

Issa Prescott founded Life Bistro in Sylvan Hills, Atlanta, to serve vegan cuisine promoting healthy living. Specializing in comfort food with an international twist, the Black-owned restaurant offers dishes like vegan seafood gumbo and lion’s mane crab cakes. Located at 2036 Sylvan Rd SW, with takeout and delivery from 2628 Piedmont Rd NE, Life Bistro aims to make conscious eating accessible to all.

PinkPothos

Lakeisha Jones wants to add visual interest to people’s space, one plant at a time. “I sell custom-made fabric plant pots.” She’s looking to expand into her first retail location selling plants and accessories. Use the link below to order yours today.

Urban Grind

Urban Grind embodies coffeehouse culture with cozy seating, music, and fresh coffee, fostering conversation and community. It is is more than coffee, it’s a culture, a community curated by coffee. Located at 962 Marietta St. NW, Atlanta, they offer coffee, tea, smoothies, pastries, and more, with online orders available.
