Affordable living options around the Beltline exist for all incomes. While the Atlanta Beltline does not own or manage affordable housing, we do have many resources for finding affordable units around the corridor and around the city.

The Atlanta Beltline Affordable Housing Dashboard offers a map and list of affordable apartments around the loop. Contact information for each property is available in the dashboard. Reach out to them individually to inquire about available units and how to apply.

The Atlanta Beltline Partnership offers workshops with community experts to help residents access tools and resources to stay in their homes. Whether you rent or own, find useful information through our workshops and webinars.

Georgia Housing Search

Sponsored by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, Georgia Housing Search provides a website with access to rental housing opportunities throughout Georgia. Their website allows you to set parameters for rent in your search.

Housing Voucher Programs

Housing voucher programs are managed by local housing authorities. Atlanta Housing's Housing Choice Voucher Program (formerly Section 8), is a tenant based rental assistance program that assists extremely low and low income individuals and families rent safe, decent, and affordable dwelling units in the private rental market.
