Vice President of Economic Development with ABI

The Vice President of Economic Development plays a critical role in developing and advancing the economic development strategy to support implementation of the program’s mission. This position actively supports Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) internally and externally in advancing economic development primarily via attraction of jobs, capacity building and facilitating outcomes that deliver private investment and project mission compatible revenue. The Vice President of Economic Development will report directly to the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. The Vice President of Economic Development will also coordinate and collaborate with the Director of Real Estate and Asset Management and the Vice President of Housing Policy and Development to execute the economic development strategy. A high level of coordination with Invest Atlanta is required to ensure alignment with the economic development plan for the City of Atlanta.

Real Estate Project Manager- ABI

The Real Estate Manager (the “Manager”) will report directly to the Director of Real Estate and Asset Management (the “Director”).  The primary focus area of the Manager will be providing strategic analysis to the Director and supporting efforts to acquire or dispose of real estate assets throughout the Atlanta BeltLine corridor.  Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for assisting with negotiating certain agreements with adjacent landowners to leverage ABI assets in a way that enhances neighborhood connectivity and activates the Atlanta BeltLine corridor.  A high level of coordination with other ABI departments such as Design and Construction, Community Planning & Engagement, Finance, and Legal, is required.  Engagement with the development community and review of plans for new developments along the Atlanta BeltLine corridor is also required.

Economic Development Project Manager with ABI

Atlanta BeltLine, Inc (ABI) is seeking to hire an Economic Development Project Manager. Applicants must be self‐motivated and able to work in a small organization environment that requires a well‐rounded skill set. The Economic Development Project Manager’s primary responsibilities will include regular economic analysis, program delivery, new revenue growth support, external education (to include equity and inclusion, community engagement, overall education and impact assessment) and analytical management and strategic direction support. Successful candidates will be able to work across multiple departments to advance the mission and goals of the organization.
