Economic Development Data Analyst

Atlanta BeltLine, Inc (ABI) is seeking to hire an Economic Development Data Analyst. Successful candidate must be self‐motivated, driven to understand and solve complex community challenges using data, and willing and able to work in a small organization environment that requires a well‐rounded skill set.

The Economic Development Data Analyst’s primary responsibilities will include regular economic data analysis, database management, external education (to include equity and inclusion, community engagement, and impact assessment), technology support, and analytical management and strategic direction support. They will promote the Vision, Mission and Core Values of ABI while fostering a collegial work environment.

Paralegal

The Paralegal is an instrumental part of the legal team of ABI, reporting to the Vice President and General Counsel. The Paralegal works with ABI’s General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel on legal matters, real estate matters, governance, and compliance as well as assists other ABI Directors and Project Managers on various matters.

Community Engagement Manager

Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is seeking a Community Engagement Manager who will be responsible for building awareness and engagement among Atlanta residents; communicating with the community about current Atlanta BeltLine issues; ensuring the active and meaningful participation of the community on matters related to the Atlanta BeltLine, and providing substantive information and responses to community concerns, issues, and inquiries to Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. and related partners and organizations.

The Community Engagement Manager will play a critical role in community related activities, including the implementation of the citizen engagement framework for the Atlanta BeltLine. The Community Engagement Manager will become a part of the community engagement team that has the responsibility of guaranteeing robust citizen engagement in the implementation of the Atlanta BeltLine and will promote the Vision, Mission and Core Values of ABI while fostering a collegial work environment.

Senior Landscape Architect

Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect. This individual will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring implementation of specific Atlanta BeltLine projects.  Reporting to the Director of Design, the Senior Landscape Architect will help coordinate design for parks, trails, streetscape, and other public spaces.  They will work with the contracted design teams, ABI urban planners, and Project Management staff, the City of Atlanta Department of Parks and Recreation staff, and numerous stakeholders and citizen groups to help insure good design and construction in all aspects of the project.  They will be assigned project management responsibilities on specific projects, for design and construction phases of work.

Vice President of Housing Policy and Development

The Vice President of Housing Policy and Development will lead the Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) Housing Team and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.  The primary focus area of the Vice President of Housing Policy and Development will be to provide senior level leadership and innovation to achieve ABI’s affordable workforce housing goals.  Specifically, the Vice President of Housing Policy and Development will lead the process of predevelopment, request for proposals, and disposition of lands for future affordable housing.  Furthermore, the Vice President of Housing Policy and Development will provide leadership to public and private stakeholders for the benefit of coordinated, equitable development in the Atlanta BeltLine Tax Allocation District (TAD).
