|Director of Accounting|| |
The Director of Accounting is responsible for supporting the Chief Financial Officer in strategic planning, long-term projections, and routine financial reporting. This position will be responsible for directly supervising the accounting team, developing and maintaining accounting procedures and controls, as well as ensuring accurately and timely workflow. This position will manage deadlines and all accounting activities including but not limited to general accounting, accounts payable, requisitions, financial reporting, year-end audit coordination and budgeting. The Director of Accounting will interact with the entire organization, especially the Executive and Senior Level employees both internally and within Invest Atlanta. The position requires strong time management, self-propelled workflow, high collaboration, interpersonal communications skills, and ability to manage in all directions.

The Senior Paralegal is an instrumental part of the legal team of ABI, reporting to the Vice President and General Counsel (Board Assistant Secretary). The Senior Paralegal works with ABI’s General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel on legal matters, real estate matters, governance, and compliance as well as assists other ABI Directors and Project Managers on various matters.

Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is seeking a design and construction Sr. Project Manager. This individual will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring implementation of specific Atlanta BeltLine projects. Reporting to the Vice President of Design and Construction, the Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for the design and construction of projects that include multi-use trails, streetscape, parks, and other public spaces.

Working directly with departments of Marketing & Communications, Planning & Community Engagement and Government Affairs, the Project Assistant performs a variety of technical, analytical and administrative support duties to facilitate the efficient and effective operation of the respective departments. The Project Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial, fast‐paced environment that is mission‐driven and community oriented. They must also understand the impacts of institutional and systemic barriers on marginalized communities and possess a commitment to integrating equity and inclusion throughout all facets of their work.

Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is seeking a Community Engagement Manager who will be responsible for building awareness and engagement among Atlanta residents; communicating with the community about current Atlanta BeltLine issues; ensuring the active and meaningful participation of the community on matters related to the Atlanta BeltLine, and providing substantive information and responses to community concerns, issues, and inquiries to Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. and related partners and organizations.
The Community Engagement Manager will play a critical role in community related activities, including the implementation of the citizen engagement framework for the Atlanta BeltLine. The Community Engagement Manager will become a part of the community engagement team that has the responsibility of guaranteeing robust citizen engagement in the implementation of the Atlanta BeltLine and will promote the Vision, Mission and Core Values of ABI while fostering a collegial work environment.

Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is seeking a Community Data Analyst. The Community Data Analyst will be responsible for communicating to the public on data and research relevant to both the Atlanta BeltLine project and broader social and economic processes at play in BeltLine neighborhoods.
