WHAT:  Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) will hold a Southwest Study Group meeting to discuss Enota Park design.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: This meeting is open to all of the public but is focused on the Southwest Study Group area. The Southwest Study Group includes residents of the Westview, West End, Adair Park, Pittsburgh, Mechanicsville, Oakland City, Bush Mountain, Capitol View, Capitol View Manor and Cascade Avenue neighborhoods along the Atlanta BeltLine.

WHEN: The meeting will be held on September 13, 2018 at 6:30 p.m.

WHERE: The meeting will be held at Fulton County Central Training – 425 Langhorn St. SW, Atlanta, GA 30310. This location is accessible via MARTA bus #58. See itsmarta.com for complete bus map and schedule. Please consider biking or walking, if you are able. Free parking is available on site.

ABOUT THE PROJECT: Expanding on the 1/3-acre Enota Place Playlot, Enota Park will be an 8-acre park on the Atlanta BeltLine’s Westside Trail. In 2017, Pond Engineering was contracted to lead the design process for Enota Park, with community engagement beginning in early 2018. The expanded park will be bounded by Interstate 20 to the north, the Westside Trail to the east, Lucile Avenue to the south, and Enota Place to the west. The project is being developed through collaboration between Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. and the City of Atlanta.

At this meeting, drafts of final designs will be presented with opportunity for public input. Please join us to provide your feedback!
