UnitedHealthcare and Atlanta BeltLine Partnership Host Free Health + Wellbeing BeltLine Walking Tour Kickoff

Family friendly event kicks off new community partnership to encourage healthier lifestyles and get people walking more

Will feature free Eastside Trail Arboretum tours by Trees Atlanta docents, stretching and yoga, and cool snacks for hot days

WHAT:  

UnitedHealthcare and the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership (ABP) are kicking off a new community partnership with a free, family friendly Health + Wellbeing BeltLine Walking Tour Kickoff. As the inaugural presenting sponsor of  ABP’s Arboretum Walking Tours, UnitedHealthcare will host the event featuring health and wellness activities, food and resources to make walking a part of a daily lifestyle.

As part of the partnership, the public can participate in free tours every Friday and Saturday from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m., alternating weekends between the Eastside and Westside Arboretums.The routes explore the horticultural and historical aspects of the Atlanta BeltLine along a 2-mile excursion. Family friendly event with create-your-own fruit-infused water and trail mix stations; stretch and strengthen yoga tutorials led by Dancing Dog Yoga; Atlanta Beltline tours guided by Trees Atlanta arborists; and health tips from a wellness coach.
