UPDATE as of Sept. 13, 2017 at 5:23 p.m.: Due to lingering weather-related challenges, Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is canceling the Third Quarterly Briefing for tomorrow, Thursday, September 14, 2017, to accommodate our community members impacted by the storm. ABI is working diligently to reschedule the meeting. ABI will provide the updated meeting information to the public as soon as it is available.
ABI Staff will be on hand to provide updates on the upcoming art exhibition, trails, parks, and transportation.
WHAT: Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) will host the third quarterly briefing of 2017.
WHEN: The meeting will be held on September 14, 2017 at 6:00 p.m.
WHERE: All Saints’ Episcopal Church – 634 Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30308. This location is across the street from North Avenue MARTA station. It is also accessible via MARTA bus. See itsmarta.com for complete schedule. Please consider biking or walking, if you are able. Free parking is available on site.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Anyone in the metro Atlanta area interested in Atlanta BeltLine progress & updates.
WHY: Quarterly briefings are legislatively mandated updates from ABI, the agency delivering the Atlanta BeltLine project. The third Quarterly Briefing of 2017 will focus on the following topics:
- Art on the Atlanta BeltLine 2017
- Transportation advancements
- Westside Trail
- Eastside Trail extension
- Enota Park
Following these updates, ABI staff will be on hand to answer project-specific questions in an open house format.
