The Life on the Atlanta BeltLine video series looks at the lives of people just like you that live in one of the 45+ neighborhoods connected by the Atlanta BeltLine’s parks and trails. This time, we spoke to Dr. Alex Rodriguez, a multi-talented man who uses the Atlanta BeltLine in his daily commute.

Some of you might recognize Alex as an Art on the Atlanta BeltLine artist, and sculptor of such installations as “Whirling Wheels” and “Swirling Colors,” pictured below. Others might recognize Dr. Rodriguez as their dentist – proprietor of Inman Park Dentistry, taking care of patients near the Atlanta BeltLine and beyond.

Alex was a long-time resident of Reynoldstown and recently moved his family just a little further south in Ormewood Park. He chose his new location based on proximity to the Atlanta BeltLine.

“As somebody that works adjacent to the BeltLine and that uses it every single day to commute, it was a must-have for me,” says Alex.
