Atlanta BeltLine Partnership Seeks Partner Organization for Run.Walk.Go! Race Series

The Atlanta BeltLine Partnership (ABP) is seeking a partner organization to help operate and grow the annual Atlanta BeltLine Run.Walk.Go! Race Series.  A staple of ABP’s efforts to engage Atlanta BeltLine users and spark a fun culture of health and activity in Atlanta, the Run.Walk.Go! Race Series – formerly the Atlanta BeltLine Running Series – enters its seventh year in 2017. This year’s series will include two race events: the Westside 5K on Saturday, July 15 and the Eastside 10K on Saturday, December 2.

ABP is looking for a partner to assist in the following areas of race event management:

  • General Event Preparation and Management
  • Race Event Logistics
  • Event Marketing and Promotion
  • Sponsor Recruitment and Onsite Management
  • Data and Reporting

ABP will actively promote the partnership with the successful candidate.  As such, it is critical that the partner have an established, positive brand with runners and walkers in the Atlanta region – and ideally outside of it, as well.  If the partner has other programs that complement the Atlanta BeltLine and the Partnership’s mission, ABP is open to discussing expansion of the partnership beyond Run.Walk.Go!

Interested applicants should download this Request for Partnership (RFP) and follow the instructions contained therein to apply. The RFP includes specific requirements for each of the functional areas listed above. Proposals must be submitted electronically no later than midnight, January 31, 2017, to Alice Weston, Program Manager at alice@atlblp.org. Questions about the RFP may also be directed to Alice at the same email address.

An optional conference call for applicants with questions or comments is scheduled for January 18, 2017 at 12:30pm. The call-in number and passcode can be found in the RFP.
