Did you know there are over 6,000 businesses registered within a half mile of the Atlanta Beltline corridor?
As we continue to develop the trail, more and more entrepreneurs are choosing to call the Beltline home. Whether you’re looking for a spot to grab lunch or the perfect place to find a last-minute gift, here are some of the places that have opened around the Beltline in the past few months.
Northeast Trail
Lewis BBQ: Since 2016, pitmaster John Lewis has been perfecting Texas-style barbecue in South Carolina, and now he's bringing his smoky brisket, tender ribs, and spicy “Texas hot guts” sausages to Atlanta. The restaurant debuts just a week after a new pedestrian bridge opened at Ansley Mall, linking Lewis Barbecue’s 8,000-square-foot building directly to the Northeast Trail.
Sugarcoat: This popular beauty and nail spa chain has officially opened a location in Uptown Atlanta, offering elevated self-care services, including manicures & pedicures, lash extensions, facials, and more.
Eastside Trail
Azara: Azara is a new physician-founded restaurant on the Eastside Trail between New Realm Brewery and Illuminarium, serving up nutrient-rich dishes across a bistro and coffee bar, a full-service dining room, and a rooftop patio.
Bar Ana: Recuerdos Café in Poncey-Highland now transforms into a cocktail lounge at night, featuring refined desserts crafted by award-winning pastry chef Claudia Martinez and Artie De Los Santos. You can check out Bar Ana on Sunday, Monday, & Thursday from 6 pm. to 12 a.m., or Friday and Saturday from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Southeast Trail
Hydrate IV Bar: Hydrate IV Bar® in Glenwood Park provides a relaxing space for IV therapies designed to support energy, immunity, performance, and everyday wellness.
Bao Gogo: This Chinese restaurant chain, which already has locations in Alpharetta and Buckhead, serves everything from bao and handcrafted dumplings to dishes like dan dan noodles, General Tso’s chicken, and mapo tofu. It offers easy online ordering for takeout or delivery.
Southside Trail
Jase's Lemonade: At just seven years old, Jase turned a small project with his dad into a business inspired by his favorite drink. With his family’s support, it quickly gained popularity, but the goal remains the same: to make really good lemonade and keep getting better.
Brown Sugar Babe: Founded by Maekaeda Gibbons in her Atlanta home, this body-care brand evolved from a hobby of fragrance-making into a full line of beloved scrubs and oils.
Staxx: STAXX serves a diverse range of delicious and healthy food options, including açaí bowls, smoothies, and sandwiches made to order. They're open Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m. until they sell out, often around 5-6 p.m.
Southwest Trail
The Westwood: Built with a deep love for dive bars, this new spot features cozy booths, a pool table, and an outdoor patio. The menu sticks to the essentials: cold drinks and bar-food favorites like mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, and a solid burger.
Finds and Designs Atlanta: Promising thrifting without the digging, Finds and Designs features a collection of Mid-century, vintage, one-of-a-kind home goods, like plants in crafted vessels and eclectic art, complete with a DIY gift-wrapping station. Visit them Saturdays and Sundays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., or make an appointment by emailing vintagewestend@gmail.com.
Northside Trail
Beyond Juicery + Eatery: The Northside Trail’s newest healthy-eating destination, this spot serves fresh juices, bowls, smoothies and wraps that make you feel "beyond good."
