Applications are being accepted for the third cohort of its Workforce Partnership in Healthcare with Grady Health System. Offered in partnership with CareerRise, New Hope Enterprises, AWDA, the Center for Working Families, and Atlanta Technical College, the training program is designed to prepare the unemployed and underemployed for entry into clinical and administrative healthcare careers at Grady. Deadline to submit applications is May 28, 2015 for the 10-12 week program set to begin June 15, 2015.
The program creates a pathway for individuals to acquire and develop the necessary skills to be hired into full-time clinical or administrative positions within Grady Health System. Candidates who complete the program will reach a critical entry point into a healthcare career with a foundation that prepares them for future advancement.
