The Atlanta BeltLine
Where Atlanta Comes Together. Learn more
What an Exciting Morning: Northside 5K, 1K Youth Fun Run, Police-Fire Challenge and More!
The 4th Annual Atlanta BeltLine Northside 5K was filled with energy and fun. More than 500registered runners filled the lush field at Tanyard Creek Park, where the weather was amazing and the spirit of friendly competition filled the air.
CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR OVERALL WINNERS
1. Wil Cramer – 16:21.8
2. Carter Griffith – 18:01.1
3. Andrew Clarke – 18:18.2
1. Sara Norwood – 19:10.8

The Atlanta Police-Fire Department Challenge was our biggest and best yet. The Police took home bragging rights for the fastest runners, but the Fire won the FitWit Field Day Contest.
Sponsors had an incredible presence and awesome offers, and our volunteers showed up in force to make sure the event went off seamlessly.

MORE RACE DAY FUN
1K Youth Fun Run
The 1K Youth Fun Run got our smallest runners moving! More than a dozen “little runners” enjoyed an abbreviated course and a spirited run to get their blood pumping.
Coasters Awards are Back!
Coasters are back and designed especially to commemorate some of the most scenic landmarks of the Atlanta BeltLine Running Series. Who will collect all four in the series?
Did you earn an award and forget to pick it up? Please email Lindsey Hardegree.
Do you love your Northside 5K T-shirt? Wish you had the whole series of Atlanta BeltLine Running shirts? We have some extra shirts from previous races available in the Atlanta BeltLine Shop for just $5!
From FitWit’s warm-up to REI’s recovery booth, our sponsors were there to show our runners and walkers some Atlanta BeltLine love! Beyond race-day support, sponsors like VEINInnovations are looking long-term to help with tired and achy legs; Woblet was on site showcasing their restaurant savings app; Café of Life showcased its chiropractic offerings and Resurgens Orthopaedics was on site to let everyone know they are there when you need them! Whole Foods, West Stride, and pro bono sponsors Atlanta Trails, B Side Productions, The Coca-Cola Company, Flowers Medical Group, King of Pops and Noosa Yogurt added even more excitement and flavor to our event!
