2013 was a landmark year for the Atlanta BeltLine. Along with unveiling the Strategic Implementation Plan, welcoming Paul Morris as the new President and CEO, and receiving an $18 million TIGER V grant to commence work on the Westside Trail, Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. and its partners also opened the Southwest Connector Spur Trail, welcomed the APD Path Force Unit, advanced construction of the Edgewood Avenue bridge, and conducted dozens of community engagement meetings.
