Thank you to PEDS for recognizing the power of the Atlanta BeltLine Eastside Trail to make our city a safer place for people on foot! During their annual Golden Shoe Awards last night, PEDS President and CEO Sally Flocks alongside Master of Ceremonies Thomas Wheatley awarded the Eastside Trail with “Best Pedestrian-Friendly Trail.”
Atlanta Streets Alive won “Best Pedestrian-Friendly Event,” part of which took place on the Eastside Trail this past October.
