The City of Atlanta, in partnership with Atlanta BeltLine, Inc., is hosting a series of public meetings with Cobb County regarding proposals for extending transit from Cobb County into the City of Atlanta. This transit project is included on the upcoming Transportation Referendum. The transit line from Cobb County will come all the way into Arts Center station, which means a great deal of it is in the City of Atlanta. For that reason, it is critical to get input from Atlanta residents in the process of how our city grows and connects to the region.
So come make your voice heard! Below are the details about all of the upcoming meetings. They all begin at 6:30 p.m.
- When: Monday, April 30, 2012, 6:30 P.M.
Where: Woodruff Arts Center, Memorial Arts Building, home of the Alliance Theater, 1280 Peachtree Street, 30309
- When: Monday, May 7, 2012, 6:30 P.M.
