Atlanta Beltline Marketplace is a unique small business incubator that offers affordable commercial spaces directly on the Beltline to participating local businesses. Launched in 2022, this program represents the first of many initiatives designed to create or preserve commercial affordability around the Beltline corridor.

Local Developer Incentive Fund
The Local Developer Incentive Fund offers recoverable grants from $150,000 to $500,000 to developers creating below-market commercial space in the Beltline corridor.
