Walking the Atlanta Beltline: Health Benefits, Routes & Free Programs

Walking is one of the most accessible forms of exercise. Research shows that a regular walking routine can lower blood pressure, reduce stress, improve sleep, and boost your mood. Join a Monthly Walk

Walk with a Doc is a free, drop-in walking program that brings a healthcare professional right to your neighborhood — for a quick health talk, a one-hour walk, and real conversation with your community.
