What to Expect
Schedule:
8:30 A.M.: Arrival time for participants renting bikes from Clutch Bike Shop to provide ample time to pair you up with your bike and helmet
8:45 A.M.: Arrival time for participants bringing their own bikes
9:00 A.M.: The tour leaves promptly
12:00 P.M.: The tour ends
What to Bring
A multi-geared bicycle in good working condition, comfortable clothing, a helmet, a full water bottle, and any desired snacks
Your completed liability waiver/agreement if you are renting your bike and helmet from Clutch Bike Shop
Helmets are required by law for participants 16 years of age or under, and we strongly encourage all participants to wear a helmet.
Departure Location
Westside Beltline Tour: Meet us in the parking lot of Lee + White, 1020 White St. in West End. We meet in the area between the main building and the new food hall. Look for our Atlanta Beltline Partnership bike tour banner!
Northwest Tour: This new route is about 11 miles long and starts and ends in the Westside Beltline Connector parking lot located at 900 Bedford St. NW.
For those interested in renting a bicycle, our partner Clutch Bicycle Shop, offers bike and helmet rentals for $35 per person. Clutch will deliver your rental bike and helmet to the starting location before the tour and collect them when the tour is over.
To arrange your rental or get more information, contact Clutch directly at 404-594-4205 and mention that you're signing up for an Atlanta Beltline bike tour. Please ensure you make and confirm payment with Clutch by 4 p.m. the day before the tour to guarantee a rental on the morning of the tour
If you’re renting from Clutch, please print out and complete this liability waiver/agreement and bring it with you to the tour.
The $10 Bike Tour fee is a valuable donation that supports the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership. We understand that plans can change and are happy to assist with any necessary cancellations or refunds. To accommodate these changes, we have established the following refund policy:
Refunds are available if you cancel by 5 p.m. on the Thursday before the event by emailing tours@atlblp.org.
You can transfer your registration by contacting tours@atlblp.org by 5 p.m. on the Thursday before the event.
If you have rented a bike and are canceling or rescheduling your reservation, please notify Clutch directly at 404-594-4205
For inclement weather cancellations, please email tours@atlblp.org to request a refund.
