Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (“ABI”) is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified persons or entities to provide construction services for an unpaved trail along Bill Kennedy Way, between Gibson Street and Glenwood Avenue in Southeast Atlanta.

The scope of work consists of the construction of a buffered multi-use path including, but not limited to, sidewalk demolition, installation of concrete medians, barriers and planters, roadway milling and paving, re-striping of new and existing roadways, installation of new signage, signal timing and striping for a pedestrian scramble phase and shifting of existing traffic signal heads.

This project shall be constructed in accordance with Georgia Department of Transportation GDOT design policies & guidelines where applicable. Please review Appendix A within the ITB for (GDOT) required specifications and provisions for this project.

Sealed bids will be received by the Procurement Officer at 100 Peachtree Street NW, Suite 2300, Atlanta, GA 30303 (downtown in the Georgia’s Own Building, formerly the Equitable Building), until 1:00 PM, Thursday, January 30, 2020 and will be publicly opened and read at 1:01 PM (EST) on the same day. All late bids received after 1:00 PM (EST) will not be accepted. Bid packages must be identified on the exterior with the Project name, name of bidder, date and time of opening.

Construction Drawings and Specifications are available for download to the right and from Appendices A and B within this document.

ABI reserves the right to issue addenda at any time during the procurement process. Please check the website regularly for posted addenda and any other information related to the Project.

Please confirm that all required documents as requested within the ITB regarding DBE Participation are complete in order for your bid to be deemed responsive.
