Art on the Atlanta BeltLine Open Call 2021-2022

Atlanta BeltLine, Inc.’s Arts and Culture Department has published an open call for artists for the twelfth Art on the Atlanta BeltLine exhibition. The program invites artists across all mediums to submit proposals in the following categories:

DUE DATE:

The due date for all Open Calls is Friday, May 28, 2021 by 12 noon EST. All applicants must be registered in Vendor Registry and all proposals must be submitted via Vendor Registry (VR). Step-by-step instructions are below.

QUESTION / INQUIRY DEADLINE:

All questions should be submitted in Vendor Registry by Friday, May 21, 2021, at 12 noon EST. Official responses to questions will be provided in an addendum in Vendor Registry.

Register to Become an Official Vendor

You must become a registered vendor before doing business with ABI. Our Vendor Management System powered by Vendor Registry and there is no cost to register. If you have any questions about the process, contact us at procurement@atlbeltline.org.

Easy Step-by-Step Registration Instructions

STEP 1

Visit the Vendor Registration Portal to access the ABI Vendor Registration System. Once you click on the link, you will be directed to the online vendor registration form. Complete the entire registration form.

STEP 2

Press “Get Started Button” to submit your vendor application.

STEP 3

You will receive a confirmation email that provides further registration instructions. If you do not receive the email, please check your SPAM or JUNK folders.

The email will come from: Vendor Registry <cservice@vendorregistry.com>

Below is a sample email notification you will recieve once you have submitted your application through the Vendor Management System.

Congratulations! You’re now a registered vendor with Atlanta BeltLine. As a registered vendor, Atlanta BeltLine has access to your company profile, including the products or services that you provide. This information gives Atlanta BeltLine the ability to easily contact you regarding a quote or a bid that applies to your business should they choose to do so.

Along with your profile information, Atlanta BeltLine requires the following information:

  • Contractors license
  • EVerify document
  • Everify number
  • W9
