Atlanta Beltline will host a hybrid virtual and in-person Citywide Conversation public meeting to share the final recommendations for the Beltline Transit Study.
WHAT: Atlanta Beltline virtual and in-person Citywide Conversation public meeting to share the final recommendations for the Beltline Transit Study. Launched in 2023, and supported by the Federal Transit Administration, the study aims to advance transit in Atlanta by identifying preferred routes and stations along the Beltline that will improve regional connectivity and ensure equitable transportation options for all.
WHEN: The hybrid meeting will take place on Thursday, September 3, 2026 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
Doors Open – 6:00 p.m.
Meeting Presentation – 6:30 p.m.
Open House Begins – 7:00 p.m.
Open House Ends - 8:00 p.m.
WHERE: The meeting will be held in-person just off the Southwest Trail at Wild Heaven Brewery – The Garden Club (1010 White Street SW). Registration is required to attend in-person with limited space available. To register for the Citywide Conversation, click here.

Transportation: The location is accessible from the Atlanta Beltline Southwest Trail or the MARTA West End Station, via ATL Spoke. Please consider biking, walking, or using rideshare. Parking is available at Lee + White for the first two hours with validation.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Citywide Conversations are open to everyone. Anyone interested in learning more about transit planning and interested in asking questions about Atlanta Beltline programs and projects are encouraged to attend.
ABOUT THE MEETING: At the start of the meeting, the final recommendations for transit alignments and station locations for the Northwest, Southwest, and Southeast quadrants of the Beltline trail will be shared. Details on the impacts on rider journeys, planning, and next steps will also be offered during the meeting. The meeting will conclude with an open house experience with several exhibits. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, make comments, or give feedback on the study's conclusion via an interactive online portal that will remain open until November 3, 2026.
