    WHAT: Atlanta Beltline, Inc. (ABI) is launching the community engagement process for the site located at 425 Chappell Road. The 31+ acre property was acquired as part of the Beltline’s land acquisition strategy to support equitable development within the Beltline TAD. The site is nestled within the Historic Westin Heights/Bankhead neighborhood.

    WHEN: The meeting will be held virtually on Monday, April 24 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

    WHERE: The meeting will be held virtually on Zoom and broadcast to www.facebook.com/atlantabeltline.     WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Anyone interested in updates about Atlanta Beltline developments and programs in the surrounding neighborhoods is encouraged to attend.

    ABOUT THE MEETING: In this meeting we will review the Beltline Subarea 10 Master Plan, discuss current development conditions, and share next steps for community conversations as part of creating a master redevelopment plan for the site and adjacent City of Atlanta properties.

    Meeting materials and opportunities for public feedback will be made available on the day of the meeting at beltline.org/meetings.
