Media Advisory: Atlanta Beltline to Host Quarterly Briefing with a Conversation on Culture, Community and Empowerment 

Tuesday, September 10 on Atlanta Beltline's Southwest Trail, the Third Quarterly Briefing of 2024 will be held.

Moderated by Atlanta icon Jay “Jeezy” Jenkins, the panel will provide business owners with critical resources and insights on entrepreneurship, financial empowerment, and economic inclusion in Atlanta 

WHAT: Atlanta Beltline, Inc. (ABI) will host its third Quarterly Briefing of 2024, featuring a dynamic, moderated conversation on Atlanta’s culture, community, and economic empowerment. The event will bring together an esteemed panel of business professionals, entrepreneurs, and Grammy-nominated artist, philanthropist, entrepreneur, and New York Times best-selling author, Jay “Jeezy” Jenkins, who will share personal keys to success and connect aspiring and existing business owners with resources and opportunities that foster pathways to intergenerational wealth. 

The meeting will kick off with Beltline-wide project updates, followed by a question-and-answer session and will conclude with the featured panel. Attendees will have access to resources on funding, programming, and access to external partners to support their entrepreneurial journey.  

The Atlanta Beltline is the launching pad for businesses of all sizes from local startups to major corporations within a half mile of the corridor. As an integral part of Atlanta’s economic landscape, the Beltline is a part of the story of why Atlanta is the top city to start a business and located in the nation’s number one state for business.  

Light refreshments will be served, and resource vendors will be on-site. 

The panel discussion is being made possible thanks to support from the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (R.I.C.E), the National Black Arts Foundation (NBAF), and Atlanta Life Insurance.

WHERE: The meeting will be held in person on the Southwest Beltline Trail at Monday Night Brewing - The Garage at 933 Lee St SW, Atlanta GA, 30310. The location is accessible from the Atlanta Beltline Southwest Trail, via MARTA to the West End station, or utilizing a ride-share service.
