Atlanta Beltline, Inc. is hosting a ceremony for the Northwest Trail - Segment 5 ribbon-cutting and Segment 4 groundbreaking on October 30, 2025.

Atlanta Beltline will host a special celebration combining the ribbon cutting for Northwest Trail Segment 5 (NWT-5) and groundbreaking for Northwest Trail Segment 4 (NWT-4) in one momentous event. The 0.8-mile NWT-5, beginning at the northeast corner of Marietta Boulevard and Huff Road and running north along Marietta Boulevard to Elaine Avenue, officially opens to the public while construction begins on the 0.9-mile NWT-4, stretching from English St. NW and Culpepper St. NW. This major moment marks unprecedented momentum for the Beltline as it approaches 13 miles of contiguous trail and connects the Northwest Trail through Blandtown, Berkeley Park, and Upper Westside neighborhoods.
