WHAT: Atlanta Beltline, Inc. (ABI) will hold a Northeast Study Group meeting to discuss improvements to Ponce de Leon Avenue, the Eastside Trail and the Northeast Trail
WHEN: The meeting will be held on Thursday, June 3 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Community members in the Northeast Study Group, which includes residents of a portion of Sweet Auburn, Candler Park, Inman Park, Old Fourth Ward, Poncey-Highland, Virginia-Highland, Midtown, Ansley Park, Morningside/Lenox Park, Piedmont Heights, and Sherwood Forest.
ABOUT THE PROJECT: ABI will provide updates on the Ponce de Leon Avenue streetscapes project, which will improve pedestrian and cycling conditions between Boulevard and Freedom Parkway and build ramp and stairway access between the street and the Eastside Trail. Additionally, ABI will be adding a soft shoulder to the sides of the Eastside Trail. Work will also take place at Drewry Street to mitigate flooding issues. Finally, ABI will discuss the installation of gravel on the interim Northeast Trail.
