Atlanta Beltline, Inc. has named Nino Maisuradze as its new Chief Financial Officer. Maisuradze brings more than two decades of global financial and operational leadership to the organization, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Ingenico North America, where she oversaw large-scale financial and strategic initiatives. Prior to those roles, she served as Senior Director of Finance & Accounting and Director of Finance and Accounting for Ingenico's North America region, and earlier as a Senior Financial Analyst at Aptean and Group Controller & Financial Analyst at ISTA International in Essen, Germany.

Throughout her career, Maisuradze has led global teams across multiple countries, developing an international perspective and a strong reputation for aligning financial strategy with organizational priorities. She is equally known for building high-performing teams and creating environments where people can do their best work — a leadership philosophy she brings with her to the Beltline.

“Nino's track record speaks for itself. She’s spent her career taking on complex financial challenges and building the teams needed to solve them,” said Clyde Higgs, President & CEO of Atlanta Beltline, Inc. “Her ability to align financial strategy within an organization's broader mission is exactly what we need as we continue this work for Atlanta. We’re thrilled to welcome her to the team.”

Nino Maisuradze joins ABI as the new Chief Financial Officer bringing more than two decades of global financial and operational leadership.
As CFO, Maisuradze will oversee the financial strategy and operations of the Beltline, including management of the organization's multi-million dollar annual budget, financial reporting and long-term fiscal planning. She will lead the financial stewardship of the Beltline Tax Allocation District (TAD), the Beltline Affordable Housing Trust Fund and the TAD Increment Fund — the primary tools the organization uses to fund trail infrastructure, land acquisition and affordable housing and commercial development around the corridor. Maisuradze will also manage financial partnerships with city and state agencies, including Invest Atlanta, Atlanta Housing, the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and the Development Authority of Fulton County, ensuring the Beltline's capital strategy supports its 2030 goals and long-term vision.

“The Beltline's mission resonates deeply with me,” said Maisuradze. “I’ve spent my career working to build organizations that create lasting impact, and the work happening here for the people of Atlanta is exactly the kind of meaningful, community-focused work I want to be part of. I look forward to bringing my experience to this team and helping drive the Beltline's goals forward.”

Maisuradze holds a Master of Science in Economics from Ruhr University Bochum in Germany and a Master of Business Law from the Technical University of Tbilisi in Georgia.

Outside of her professional work, Maisuradze is passionate about spending time in nature and engaging with community initiatives focused on creating meaningful and lasting impact. She currently serves on the Finance Committee of Impact100 Atlanta and has been a member and mentor with Leaders on the Rise since 2018. She previously served on the Board of Trustees for the Chattahoochee Nature Center.
