Sylvan Hills
Like much of southwest Atlanta, Sylvan Hills has a strong and vibrant history and was initially developed between the first and second World War. The neighborhood sits a short walk south of the BeltLine’s Westside and Southside Unpaved Trails, which are accessible via Lee Street and Allene Avenue. The 50-acre Perkerson Park is a welcoming greenspace offering numerous amenities to the community.

Getting There
Sylvan Hills sits west of I-75/85 Connector and north of Langford Parkway. Perkerson Park sits on the northeast corner of the nieghborhood, and the Red/Gold MARTA lines form the neighborhood’s western boundary.
