Hunter Hills

Hunter Hills was planned as a development for African-American residents, and the Minimal Traditional cottages and ranch style housing attracted professionals and entrepreneurs, both blue- and white-collar. Mozley Park is just southwest of the neighborhood and Washington Park is on its eastern edge. The two parks are connected by Lionel Hampton Trail, which runs right through the neighborhood.
