The SSVF program assist Veterans and their families only. It offers time limited crisis intervention case management and financial assistance services for veteran household that are currently homeless OR near homelessness. This program will assist with rent payment and deposit assistance, utilities payment and deposits, transportation, childcare, legal services, benefits assistance and job search.

Eligibility:
Veterans and their families who are: -There must be a family member who is a veteran living in the household -Living in an emergency shelter, transitional housing, vehicle, streets or other place not meant for human habitation -At imminent risk of losing their housing (living with a relative/friend who wants them to move out or being evicted from their current place of living) -The veteran MAY NOT have a dishonorable discharge, if so, then they do not qualify for the program -The household may be comprised of a family or a single veteran -Must meet income guidelines
