MARTA Senior Reduced Fare Program

MARTA offers substantial savings for seniors through their Reduced Fare Program. Riders aged 65 and older pay just $1.00 per trip, a significant discount from standard fares. Seniors can obtain their Reduced Fare Breeze card at MARTA Headquarters building across from Lindbergh Center station. The initial card costs nothing, with replacement cards priced at $2.00 for the first replacement and $5.00 for subsequent replacements.

Eligibility:

To qualify for the Reduced Fare Breeze card, you must meet one of the following requirements:

-A SENIOR CITIZEN age 65 or older, must provide valid photo ID with date of birth such as a driver’s license, state issued identification or passport. Reduced Fare Form required

-Proof of a PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY by presenting one of the following and the Reduced Fare Form:

Social security disability

Veteran’s Administration (Service-connected VA data card)

Disabled parking permit

-Or complete and submit the Healthcare Provider form:

MEDICARE CARD (red/white/blue) Reduced Fare Form required
