Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation (AVLF) is a nonprofit that believes no one standing up for their rights should have to do it alone. The Eviction Defense Program provides low-income and unrepresented tenants facing eviction with attorneys to represent them in court in their critical time of need.
Eligibility
Income based. Income at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Level.
