Atlanta Land Trust
The mission of Atlanta Land Trust (ALT) is to deliver and steward permanently affordable housing proximate to the Atlanta Beltline and other targeted areas in the city of Atlanta. ALT will also create a favorable climate for community land trust (CLT) development, strategically assemble land, and provide fee-for service stewardship to other entities.

Homes are only available to qualified buyers who attended a Community Information Session. Attend one of the monthly Community Information Sessions to learn more about home buying options and determine if home ownership through ALT is right for you. ALT sends out regular email communications about upcoming events and new home listings. If you’re interested, start by joining the mailing list. You can also contact an ALT-approved real estate agent to start the home-buying process. These real estate agents have completed ALT’s continuing education course for real estate professionals and are ready to help you find your dream home.
