Subarea 8 Master Plan Update

The Subarea 8 Master Plan update is an effort to document mobility, land use, and green space updates that have occurred in the area since the initial plan was adopted in 2012. Its goal is also to provide recommendations for future improvements.

Project Goals

By updating our Subarea 8 Master Plan, we hope to:

  • Build on the foundation of the 2012 plan by documenting changes over the past 13 years.

  • Provide recommendations to guide growth and development for vibrant, livable mixed-use communities; mobility; affordable housing; green space; and commercial affordability.

  • Establish guiding principles for the plan update process.
