Our sessions are fun, exciting, and packed with high energy. During each session, children will learn a new sport and creative activities that help with physical development, cardio strength, and social skills.
During each session, children will participate in different activities like Capture The Flag, Tug of War, relay races, and obstacle courses. Children will also learn different sports, as well as the importance of nutrition, all while burning lots of energy and calories through exercise.
This class will help you connect to the body through movement, breath work, and meditation. which can help regulate your nervous system , and process difficult feelings while learning some body awareness and being present in the here and now.
