FitSquad Studios Presents... offers a rotation of weekly classes that will energize you, engage your core, get your body moving, and teach self-defense techniques. Please see the class dates and descriptions below. 

Class Dates and Descriptions

June 10th & August 5th- Vibe & Flow (Korede)

A music-driven blend of yoga, strength, and intentional movement designed to help you feel grounded, energized, and connected. 

June 24th & July 29th- Core + More  (Moses) 

The mission of Core + More is to create accessible wellness experiences that empower individuals to improve their health, build confidence, and strengthen community connections through fitness and positive lifestyle practices. 

July 1st & July 22nd- Shake It Off... with Tanya

Shake It Off... with Tanya is a Zumba-based expressive experience where we transmute emotions through dance and movement. All levels are welcome. Come as you are. Leave lighter. 

July 8th, July 15th, and August 12th- Self Defense with Tanama Arts (Wadi)

Techniques from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Capoeira, Muay Thai, and Marine Corps hand-to-hand fighting. 

Please bring a bottle of water and a towel.
