Dawn Peck is an experienced professional in the field of Dance Fitness.
Course Description:
This class offers a comprehensive approach to dance fitness. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a range of activities, including ZUMBA and HIP HOP. The course is designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels, regardless of their current stage in their fitness journey.
Objectives: The primary goal of this class is to provide an outlet for stress relief, sociability through connection with other participants and burning excess calories. By combining elements of dance and body weight toning, participants will be equipped with the necessary tools to enhance their confidence of self-expression through body movement to the beat of the music that feels good to them.
Benefits: This class aims to address specific needs related to health and wellness. Through active participation and regular attendance, participants can expect improvements in body image, elevated mood, and muscle memory.
Note: The May 16th class will meet at Greenspace F, located near the Grant Park Recreation Center and Baseball Field on Park Ave.
