About the Urban Forestry Grant Supporting this Project
Trees Atlanta, Atlanta Beltline Inc., Greening Youth, and On the Rise Community Development Center were the recipients of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service Urban and Community Forestry Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Grant in 2023. The grant provides a new opportunity to invest in a holistic and sustainable solution to address existing labor shortage challenges while cultivating diversity, equity, and leadership within the urban forestry community.
