Afro Dance

This class offers a comprehensive approach to Afro-Caribbean dance fitness, designed to help participants burn fat, improve endurance, and boost confidence through the power of dance. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a range of activities, including Afro Dance, Soca, Dancehall, and Afro-Latin movement, ensuring a high-energy, rhythm-driven workout experience.
