This class will help you connect to the body through movement, breath work, and meditation. which can help regulate your nervous system , and process difficult feelings while learning some body awareness and being present in the here and now. This class uses gentle movement and meditation guided by your inhales and exhales. Everything is optional but the space will be held for you to thrive . This class is great for everyone and beginner friendly . It is especially great for anyone who experiences burnout , stress and or anxiety . I offer you space to turn inward in whatever way you may need. Show up as you are and know that all parts of you are welcomed here. bring your yoga mat , yourself and maybe a friend .
