Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is creating a master redevelopment plan for 425 Chappell Road and adjacent City of Atlanta properties. The 31+ acre ABI property was acquired as part of the BeltLine’s land acquisition strategy to support equitable development within the BeltLine TAD. The site is nestled within the Historic Westin Heights/Bankhead neighborhood and adjacent to the Grove Park neighborhood. In this meeting we will share the latest site plan. We want your feedback as we continue these planning efforts. We will also discuss next steps, including the 2024 engagement process for developing the RFPs that will advance the development of ABI property.
