ROMChi Stretch Dance is developed by a trauma counselor to help fight the impact of even the most intense stressors. It uses the power of deep, on the go stretches to replenish your body’s natural ability to heal and rejuvenate itself. The dance is about connecting to your inner self, so there will be no choreographies to memorize, no judgement, comparison and no effort to “look good” doing it.
Yogis stretching for decades, and newbies just getting interested in movement willl be able to practice the ROMChi Stretch Dance side by side.
Come as you are, in comfortable clothes. Weather permitting, we will walk barefoot. We will roll around the grass. So if that’s not comfortable for you, feel free to bring a large blanket.
