Southside Industrial Developer Forum / Tour

The Atlanta BeltLine, Inc Southside Industrial Corridor Land Use Study is underway! It is an examination of industrial properties along University Avenue between Metropolitan Parkway and Milton Avenue.
The study aims to:
• engage property owners, tenants and general community,
• produce an industrial site inventory analysis,
• analyze workforce development trends & needs in the study area,
• identify potential development or repurposing opportunities,
• find examples of similar national best practices and
• provide land use recommendations.
In conjunction with the study, there will be a forum of industrial professionals to include a presentation and discussion at Pittsburgh Yards. Following the forum, there will be a bus/walking tour of the industrial study area to review industrial properties in the area.
Continental breakfast and snacks will be provided.
