Southeast Study Group Public Meeting

In this meeting we will review the original Subarea 3 Master Plan with particular focus on the Chosewood Park TOD area conditions and constraints. The objective of the Chosewood Park TOD Framework is to examine development potential in a comprehensive manner and provide a feasibility analysis on how to best accommodate future growth in a manner that’s sustainable and transit-oriented. The Master Plan update will include updates to land use, zoning and transportation networks contained in the original Subarea 3 Master Plan.
