Southeast Study Group Public Meeting

Come out to learn about and provide input into the Chosewood Park TOD planning initiative! This TOD planning effort will evaluate the existing land use, zoning and street framework based on recommendations from the Subarea 3 Master Plan. The objective of the Chosewood Park TOD Framework is to examine development potential in this area in a comprehensive manner and provide a feasibility analysis on how to best accommodate future growth in a manner that’s sustainable and transit-oriented.
