Self-ies Yoga (Self-Ease) in the Park

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until October 26, 2022

Class Description: Self-Ease Yoga on the Beltline is a creatively sequenced hatha-styled yoga class infused with engaging yoga poses and delicious deep breaths aimed to bring ease to the mind and body.
Objective: The intention of this class is to utilize yoga as a means of self-care while building a supportive community. Weekly classes focus on providing a safe space to slow down, release tension and tune-in–nurture your body, cultivate your mind and nourish your spirit.
Benefits: Consistent participants boast an increase in flexibility, balance, endurance and ease. Come experience it for yourself.
Schedule:
6pm Wednesdays at Grant Park on top of the parking deck–718 Boulevard SE
11am Saturdays at Pittsburg Yards–352 University Ave SE
All levels are welcome
BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat), water and towel.
A cap/visor, sunscreen and bug-repellent are optional.
Nasirah Denisse is a 200-hour registered yoga instructor. After discovering yoga as a no-impact way to stay fit and alleviate the pain of her inflamed joints, she created Yoga Infinitum, a virtual yoga studio. Yoga Infinitum offers curated one-on-one and group sessions, yoga events and retreats that empower its clients mentally, emotionally and physically. She teaches a variety of yoga styles that are participant-centered, encouraging yogis of all levels to give themselves permission to make time, tune in, and find ease.
